Modern rope access is commonly associated with inspection activities whereby having served The Malaysian Oil & Gas industry since the mid-90s, to date, Ropetech provides structural surveys such as Visual Inspection, NDT Inspection and etc. to validate the integrity of materials, detect instabilities, discover performance outside of tolerances, identify failed components, or highlight an inadequate control system and painting surveys to determine the steel coating’s integrity to preserve structures and equipment from premature failure and maintain the aesthetic condition.

 

In addition to that, inspection activities are conducted by Ropetech’s very own dedicated rope access technicians, engineers and inspectors, who are well trained, competent and certified in multiple discipline. It is also learnt that rope access will not only save time and costs when compared to scaffolding methods but inspection activities can also be done in a safe manner whereby stringent regulations by IRATA are adhered to.
